# 100 Laws of Intelligence AI — member terms Version: intelligence-ai-terms-2026-10-27-v1. Effective date: 2026-10-27. ## Service and scope This is a nonmedical educational AI service for adults, offered through Operation ADH. It provides three written workspaces: preparing difficult conversations, following through on a chosen task, and improving a message or story. The AI applies original teaching informed by the 100 Laws of Intelligence curriculum and attributed source methods. The laws are conditional teaching principles, not scientific universals, IQ claims or guaranteed outcomes. The assistant is AI, not Mike Hansen. Human coaching, community events, new recordings and unlimited personal access are not included. ## Price and renewal $49 USD per month, plus applicable tax shown by Stripe at checkout. The subscription renews monthly until canceled. Signing in does not buy a membership. Purchase requires accepting the exact displayed offer. A future change to price or scope must be disclosed before it applies; these terms do not authorize a silent substitution. ## AI service credit $15 of AI service credit per paid month; usage is charged against this allowance at the stated service rates. Service rates: $0.025 per 1,000 input tokens and $0.075 per 1,000 output tokens. Input includes your message, instructions, relevant teaching and saved context. Your account shows the available balance. A request can temporarily reserve credit before final usage settles; an unresolved request may retain its hold for review. Replies vary in cost. No automatic paid overage; unused allowance does not roll over. Service credit has no cash value and is not redeemable. Output usage can include internal reasoning tokens as well as visible words. A request reserves a conservative maximum before model work; the unused portion is released when usage is verified. Requests stop if the available balance cannot cover that reservation, even if a small balance remains. Provider work can consume credit when delivery fails. Contact support about an unresolved hold or failed answer. There is no fixed number of replies, automatic top-up or rollover. ## Saving and returning The AI uses the current question and, for the selected workspace, the latest saved plan and latest corrected observation. Save or correct a plan explicitly with the product controls. An answer does not save itself. A completed action and an achieved outcome are separate; an unknown outcome remains unknown. There is no cross-workspace conversation memory or promise to retain the full chat. You may use a private handwritten notebook and share only a summary you choose. ## Cancellation and refunds Cancel renewal in your account. Access continues through the paid period unless a refund or other applicable account restriction ends it earlier. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically request a refund. You may request a full refund of your first successful subscription payment within seven calendar days by writing to info@doctormikehansen.com. No usage threshold applies to that first-payment promise. Renewals have no routine prorating; billing errors and failure to provide purchased access are reviewed individually. Applicable mandatory rights remain. A completed refund ends the subscription and paid access; refunded funds cannot support further AI work. Cancellation and data deletion are separate controls. Contact support if cancellation is unavailable. ## Support and appropriate use Access, billing and product support at info@doctormikehansen.com, with a target response within two business days. No personal coaching, unlimited access to Mike or community events are included. Use your own verified email account. Do not share access, impersonate another person, try to obtain another member’s private data, or use the product to deceive or coerce people. Do not submit confidential information you are not authorized to share. This service is not medical care, emergency support, therapy, or professional legal or financial advice. Review important outputs before acting; AI can be wrong. ## Availability and records Failed payments, refunds, disputes, insufficient credit, security issues or unavailable services can interrupt paid access. Cancellation stops future renewal and ordinarily retains access for the paid period. Account controls preserve access to available own-data export/erasure after service retirement, subject to authentication and retained records needed for billing or security. A paused feature is not proof that a payment was refunded. # Privacy notice — 100 Laws of Intelligence AI Version: intelligence-ai-privacy-2026-10-27-v1. Effective date: 2026-10-27. 100 Laws of Intelligence AI is operated by Ask Doctor Hansen LLC. For privacy questions or a request about your information, contact **info@doctormikehansen.com**. ## Your account and questions We use your email address, account identifier and sign-in/security records to provide account access. A necessary signed session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 24 hours. Signing out clears that cookie from the current browser. When you select **Ask the lesson AI**, we send your question to OpenAI with instructions, relevant teaching and the selected workspace's latest saved plan and corrected observation. We do not automatically attach other workspaces, a complete chat history, your full notebook or another member's practice. Information you put in a question or saved plan can be included in the AI input. Share only what is useful for the task; leave out passwords, payment credentials and unnecessary identifying details about you or other people. The application does not save your questions and AI replies as a retrievable chat history. The current question and reply are held in the open page. To keep a useful plan or observation for a later visit, use the explicit saving controls. An AI answer does not save or change your practice by itself. We request OpenAI responses with response storage disabled (`store:false`). This is not a zero-retention guarantee. OpenAI says API content is not used to train its models unless the API customer opts in. Its default safety logs may include prompts and replies for up to 30 days, or longer for legal or harm-prevention reasons; temporary caching can also occur. We describe these documented defaults and do not promise a special account-specific retention arrangement. [OpenAI data controls](https://developers.openai.com/api/docs/guides/your-data). ## Saved practice and your controls When you save a plan, check-in or correction, we store it with your account and workspace. This includes your chosen result, action, observation, adjustment and timestamps. The record keeps earlier saved versions and corrections so you can distinguish the original intention from what happened later. It is not automatically posted publicly or sent to marketing. In **Your saved practice**, you can inspect and download each workspace's saved record, or delete its practice text. Deletion removes that text from active practice storage and keeps a content-free revision marker so an old request cannot restore it. These controls remain available after learning access ends. Deleting practice and cancelling subscription renewal are separate actions. Saved practice has no automatic time-based expiry in the current service; it remains until you delete it or complete Wisdom-only closure. Removal from active storage is not a promise of immediate deletion from provider backups or security logs. If you use the optional public-plan handoff, choosing **Continue with this plan** places a temporary draft in this browser tab's session storage. It can be imported for 30 minutes and is removed when imported or cleared. You review it before saving it to your account. The 30-minute import limit is not a promise that the browser physically erases it at that exact moment. ## Payments and service records Stripe handles checkout and collects payment and billing details. We send Stripe your account email and references needed to associate the subscription with your account. Our application keeps payment/subscription references, accepted offer versions and times, access status, cancellation state and AI allowance/usage records. The application's billing records do not store full card numbers or AI question/reply text. Payment, consent, usage and security records can remain after cancellation or Wisdom closure so the service can maintain billing history, reconcile payments, prevent duplicate actions and handle disputes. The current service has no automatic expiry schedule for its retained financial and consent records. Contact us about a request involving those records. Vercel hosts the service; Supabase provides account authentication and database storage; OpenAI generates AI answers; Stripe handles payments. Email-delivery services handle requested sign-in and service emails. Those providers process the information needed for their roles. Hosting and security systems may also process request metadata such as time, IP address and error status; the product does not promise that all provider logs are absent. ## Emails and closing Wisdom Signing in or buying a membership does not subscribe you to ongoing teaching emails. If an optional worksheet/email feature is available and you request it, we keep delivery and preference records. Ongoing teaching emails require a separate confirmation. Unsubscribing stops those messages; it does not cancel a membership or erase all records. **Close Wisdom only** ends Wisdom access and removes your saved-practice text from active storage once the required checks complete. Cancel future renewal first. An unresolved checkout, payment or AI operation must be resolved before closure can finish. Export anything you want to keep before closing. Wisdom-only closure does not issue a refund or delete your shared ADH sign-in, separate clinical products, retained financial/consent records or provider backups. Full shared-account deletion is a separate request through **info@doctormikehansen.com**. We will need to verify the account and identify which records can be removed; this notice does not promise an automatic erase-all function or a fixed completion deadline. ## Optional feedback and answer-completion records When answer-completion recording is enabled, we keep a record that the server confirmed an AI answer. This record is linked to your account and includes the answer reference, workspace and teaching version, software release version, completion time, and any feedback update time. It does not copy your question, AI answer, notebook text or saved-practice text into the feedback record. A completion record is not proof that you received, used or benefited from the answer. You can optionally tell us whether an answer was useful, partly useful or not useful. You can later report whether you tried it, changed it before trying, or did not try it, and whether it helped, made no clear difference, made things worse or was too early to judge. These are fixed choices, not an invitation to submit private narrative. Giving feedback is optional and does not affect your membership or AI access. We use these records to review service use and improve the product; your reports do not by themselves establish that the AI caused a result. The feedback controls beside the AI and in your account let you review and correct your choices, export the records you have loaded, or delete an individual feedback record. If more records are available, use **Load more feedback records** before exporting to include them. Correcting a choice replaces its current value. Deleting a feedback record removes its choices and completion record from active feedback storage; it does not remove separate billing, allowance or security records described elsewhere in this notice. These controls remain available after paid learning access ends. Completion and feedback records have no automatic time-based expiry in the current service. They remain until you delete the individual record or complete **Close Wisdom only**, which removes these records from active feedback storage. Cancelling renewal alone does not erase them. Removal from active storage is not a promise of immediate deletion from provider backups or security logs.
