Share the situation, the result you want and the constraints. The AI selects relevant teaching and considers what might change its interpretation.
Prepare words, a decision or an action you can use. Rehearse a possible response. Keep the final choice yours.
Save a chosen plan when you want to. Later, add the result, correct a mistaken assumption and decide what to change.
Saved practice is specific to its workflow. Each AI request uses the supplied question and current confirmed plan; it does not remember an unseen conversation.
The teaching behind the AI
The framework brings together human behavior, negotiation, self-image, judgment, storytelling and deliberate practice. The AI uses relevant methods with their conditions, rather than reciting a list. The title “laws” organizes practical teaching; it does not make every principle a scientific universal.
Your notebook can stay private. Share only the facts or reflection you choose. The assistant is AI, not personal access to Mike Hansen.
Prepare a difficult conversation, follow through on a chosen task, or improve a message or story. Review the written practice, included AI usage, support and cancellation terms.
Availability and usage are stated in the current offer.
Examine one repeated behavior and choose a change you can test. The public lesson and worksheet are available without an account.
