Your brief and learning account

This notice describes the custom educational request and lesson-delivery features. General website privacy and Maya membership privacy remain available separately.

What is saved

Submitting a brief saves your verified account identity, email address, role, question type, requested reply format, topic, educational question or case, audience size, preferred timing and acknowledgment, along with a request reference, dates and review status. Written-reply drafts and reviewed replies are stored privately with version and review timestamps. A delivered reply is visible in the requesting account; an unpublished draft is not. Your account identity comes from your signed-in account. Dr. Hansen’s authorized team can review the brief and account contact information to scope and fulfill your request.

Lesson progress saves activity metadata, including the case and content version, answer result and completed learning steps. A custom lesson assignment is associated with the requesting account. The brief form does not accept attachments. Use a medical question or fictional/deidentified case for education; do not provide patient identifiers or identifiable records.

Where information goes

Supabase stores account, request and lesson-progress records and private recordings. Vercel hosts the website and handles operational and security requests. The educational request form does not send the brief to an AI provider. When service email is enabled, Resend processes your email address, a request reference and generic account links for receipts and reply notifications. These emails do not contain your educational question or reply. Optional Maya use has its own notice. YouTube and other third-party links use those services’ privacy practices.

Custom quotes store the agreed scope, fee, delivery and revision terms with the exact version you accept. When you choose an enabled Stripe payment option, Stripe handles payment details. Operation ADH stores payment references, amounts, currency and status; it does not receive full card details. Submitting an educational brief or accepting a quote alone does not charge a card. Separate course or membership purchases have their own terms.

Optional case updates

Signing up for case updates is separate from submitting a question. If you choose this option, we store your email address, consent version, time and signup source. Kit processes your email and subscription status for confirmation and marketing updates. We do not send your educational brief or reply to Kit. Confirm the signup email to receive updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email; service messages about your request are separate.

Your choices

You may download an unsent brief without submitting it. Text you type remains in the open tab until you submit or clear it; this form does not save the draft in browser storage. A successful submission message means the server saved your request. Closing a tab does not delete a submitted request or saved learning progress.
