Public Service and Optional Account Terms

These terms apply only to the free public educational features and optional free account described below. They do not offer a paid membership, subscription, checkout, patient-care service, live AI chat, or realtime Maya voice session.

1. Public service and optional account

Anyone may submit a general medical-education question or a synthetic, de-identified clinical vignette to the bounded Ask feature and may work the exact-approved, synthetic, de-identified E001 case rep without creating an account or providing an email address. Optional browser voice typing can place a spoken question into the visible text field before the user chooses to submit it.

Operation ADH may separately let you create an optional free account using an email address and a one-time email code. An account is not required for Ask or the public E001 rep and does not expand the bounded Ask content in this release. Supabase Auth provides the hosted identity and email-code service. The accompanying Privacy Notice describes the information processed only if you choose that separate account flow.

Ask is deterministic and limited to the released E001 teaching content. It does not call an AI model, search private material, save a question history, or promise an answer to every question.

After the E001 explanation is revealed, the bounded follow-up interface may use the name “Maya.” In this release, that label identifies a fixed, physician-reviewed E001 guide. It does not mean that a live model or Maya voice output is running.

2. Agreement and optional account security

By pressing Ask, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the accompanying Privacy Notice. If you separately choose the optional account flow, checking its agreement control and requesting an access code also records that agreement and acknowledgment. Do not create an account for another person, share a one-time code, interfere with authentication, or use the service after access has been revoked.

You are responsible for access to your email account and for signing out or clearing site data on a shared device. Operation ADH may rate-limit, suspend, or close access to protect the service or respond to misuse.

3. Educational boundary

The service is for medical education only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical decision support, professional supervision, institutional policy, emergency support, or a substitute for current primary sources and independent professional judgment.

Do not use the service for a real patient, your own health, an emergency, or a time-sensitive clinical decision. Do not submit names, dates of birth, contact details, medical-record numbers, protected health information, confidential patient information, patient-specific facts, or requests for personal treatment advice.

Input screening reduces risk but cannot guarantee that every prohibited submission will be detected. You remain responsible for what you submit.

4. Bounded Ask processing

Ask accepts one educational question or synthetic, de-identified clinical vignette of up to 16,000 characters at a time. The input is screened and processed transiently to classify safety boundaries and match released E001 teaching content. Operation ADH does not store the input in an application database, create a question history, send it to an AI model, or include it in product analytics.

Voice typing is optional and starts only when you press the visible Speak control. Your browser or operating-system vendor may process microphone audio under its settings and terms. Operation ADH application code receives only the transcript inserted into the visible field, does not receive or save the microphone audio, and does not submit the transcript until you press Ask or the applicable case action. You may type instead.

The response may be a safety boundary, a request to ask a medical-education question, the exact-approved E001 teaching explanation, or an honest notice that the released library does not cover the question. Do not attempt to bypass screening, extract protected routes or data, automate high-volume requests, or misrepresent a response as patient-care guidance.

5. E001 commit-before-reveal rep

The public E001 rep requires an answer selection before its governed explanation appears. The selection is processed transiently. A bounded signed commitment cookie may retain the browser-generated session identifier, case identifier, selected answer, timestamps, and a neutral attestation that the selection was committed for up to 30 minutes as described in the Privacy Notice. It contains no free-text rationale.

E001 is synthetic and de-identified. It is not a real-patient case or patient-care recommendation.

6. Accuracy, availability, and results

Educational content and responses may be incomplete, outdated, interpreted differently, unavailable, or wrong. Nothing guarantees examination performance, competence, credentialing, continuing-education credit, a clinical outcome, uninterrupted availability, optional delivery of an email code, or error-free operation.

7. Ownership and permitted use

Operation ADH and its licensors retain their rights in the site, branding, software, case compilation, and original educational content. You may use the released free features for your own lawful educational practice. No ownership, bulk extraction, redistribution, resale, or commercial-training right is transferred.

8. No payment, marketing enrollment, or broader entitlement

This release does not request payment, create a subscription, authorize a recurring charge, enroll you in marketing, or grant access to paid, member, internal, live-AI, stored-audio, Maya Realtime, or publication features. Browser voice typing is an input convenience, not a live voice conversation. If an optional account is requested, account and access-code messages are transactional service messages.

9. Account deletion and support

If you chose to create an optional free account, you may request its deletion by emailing info@doctormikehansen.com from the account email address. Operation ADH may take reasonable steps to verify the request. Do not send a password, one-time code, patient information, or other sensitive content to support.

Deleting the active account and clearing a browser cookie are different actions. Provider-controlled security logs, abuse records, backups, and records required for legitimate legal or security purposes may remain for their applicable operational period. Support is best effort, with no response-time promise.

10. Changes and release condition

Material changes to this public service, optional account, or their data practices require a new version and release seal. These Terms are not effective in a local candidate, preview, or environment-only configuration. They become effective only if their exact hash is adopted by DMH and served from operationadh.com under the matching final PUBLIC_FREE_ACCOUNT_V1 seal.
