Maya membership terms
These terms cover the paid Maya membership. The existing free website remains governed by its current public terms and privacy notice.
What you receive
Operation ADH is a medical education service led by Michael Hansen, MD. Maya supports medical questions, case-based discussion, pertinent research links, optional dictation and spoken answers. Available Dr. Hansen videos may be linked when relevant. This initial membership does not promise a complete course or video library, CME credit, live teaching sessions, personal medical consultations or a particular number of answers.
Educational use
Maya is AI and can make mistakes. Check the actual linked studies and use independent clinical judgment. A citation is not a guarantee that an answer is correct or that all pertinent evidence was found. This service does not establish a clinician–patient relationship and is not for diagnosis, treatment decisions for an individual patient, emergencies or urgent communications. Use fictional or appropriately de-identified material only; do not submit patient identifiers, records or other protected health information.
Price and renewal
$39 per month, plus applicable tax shown at checkout. The subscription renews monthly until canceled. Payment is handled by Stripe. There is no automatic overage charge or automatic top-up. Each membership has its own paid usage allowance.
Included usage
Each paid billing period includes 500 Maya credits, shared by text, follow-up questions, evidence processing, dictation and spoken answers. One credit represents $0.01 of conservatively measured AI provider usage; credits are usage units, have no cash value and are not redeemable. Longer conversations and audio use more credits. This is not 500 guaranteed answers. Each request reserves its maximum possible usage in advance and releases the unused portion when provider usage is verified. Provider work can consume credits even if delivery fails; unresolved usage remains reserved until reconciled. Requests stop when available credits cannot cover the next request. There are no automatic top-ups, overage charges or rollover. Your membership page shows remaining credits and the renewal date. Contact support about a failed request.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel renewal from your membership page before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you can resume before then. You may request a full refund of your first membership payment within seven days, from your membership page or info@doctormikehansen.com. A refund request immediately stops paid access and future renewal. Stripe processes the refund to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. This policy does not promise refunds of later renewals or limit rights required by applicable law. If a collected payment cannot fund the full included allowance, we stop renewal and refund that payment without enabling paid access.
Access and account security
Use your own verified email account and do not share access. Failed payments, refunds, disputes, suspicious activity or exhausted usage can interrupt access. We may pause unavailable or unsafe features. We will not charge for a new billing period after a timely cancellation. Contact support if you cannot access the service or cancel online.
